Providing incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays or the inability to deliver the order. 3. Prices and Payment Methods

4. Delivery Information
Deliveries within Romania are fulfilled via partner courier services (such as DPD, Cargus, Sameday, Fan Courier, Packeta). Orders placed on business days before 14:00 are generally dispatched on the same day, with an average delivery time of 1–2 business days from dispatch (extending up to 48 business hours for remote areas). Shipping within Romania is 25 Lei nationwide for orders under 300 Lei, and free for orders over 300 Lei. The maximum statutory delivery period, pursuant to GEO no. 34/2014, is 30 calendar days from order confirmation. 5. Return Policy
Customers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receipt, without providing a reason.
