Shipping Policy - Pure Balance

At Pure Balance, we strive to deliver our products as quickly and efficiently as possible, ensuring you enjoy a smooth and secure shopping experience. We partner with trusted courier services, such as DPD, Cargus, Sameday, Fan Courier, Packeta and other available carriers, to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Where is my order?

✔️ Check your account: If you created an account on our website, you can check your order status in the "My Orders" section.

✔️ Tracking via email: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number (AWB). If you cannot find the email in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact us at contact@purebalance.ro.

 

Shipping Costs

✔️ Standard Home Delivery 1-2 days - 25 lei

✔️ FREE Shipping on all domestic orders over 300 lei


Shipping Time and Delivery Terms

✔️ Order Processing (Romania):

• Orders placed before 14:00 on business days are usually dispatched on the same day.

• Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

✔️ Delivery Timeframe (Romania):

• Average delivery time is 1-2 business days from dispatch.

• In certain remote areas, delivery time may extend to 48 business hours .

• Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by force majeure (extreme weather conditions, road blockages, etc.).

• According to GEO no. 34/2014, the maximum legal delivery timeframe is 30 calendar days from order confirmation, unless agreed otherwise.

 

Information Required for Orders To process your orders accurately and promptly, please provide complete and correct details:

  • Individual Customers: First and Last Name, Valid Phone Number, Complete Delivery Address (street, number, building, entrance, floor, apartment, city/town, county, postal code).
  • Legal Entities: Company Name, VAT/Tax ID, Trade Register No., Registered Office Address, Contact Phone Number, Complete Delivery Address (if different from the registered office).

 

Invoicing and Receipts

✔️ All orders are accompanied by a tax invoice, sent in electronic format (PDF) to the email address provided when placing the order.

✔️ The invoice can also be downloaded from the "My Account" > "Order History" section on our website (if you have created an account).

✔️ For cash on delivery orders (payment upon delivery), the payment receipt will be issued by the courier company upon collecting the amount.

✔️ Please ensure delivery information is entered correctly and completely to avoid delays or issues in processing and delivering your order.

✔️ If you have special instructions for delivery (e.g., preferred time window – although cannot be guaranteed, landmarks, intercom code, etc.), please enter them in the notes/comments field available before completing your order.
