Shipping Policy - Pure Balance

At Pure Balance, we strive to deliver our products as quickly and efficiently as possible, so you can enjoy a pleasant and safe shopping experience. We collaborate with reliable courier companies such as DPD, Cargus, Sameday, Fan Courier, Packeta and other available options to ensure fast and secure deliveries.

Where is my order?

✔️ Check your account: If you have created an account on our website, you can check the status of your order in the "My Orders" section.

✔️ Email tracking: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code (AWB). If you do not find the email in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder. For any questions, you can contact us at contact@purebalance.ro.

Shipping Time and Delivery Period

✔️ Order Processing (Romania):

• Orders placed by 2 PM on working days are generally shipped on the same day.

• Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/non-working days will be processed on the next working day.

✔️ Delivery Period (Romania):

• The average delivery time is 1-2 working days from dispatch.

• In certain localities (e.g., more remote areas), delivery time may extend to 48 working hours.

• Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by force majeure (exceptional weather conditions, road blockages, etc.).

• According to GEO no. 34/2014, the maximum legal delivery period is 30 calendar days from order confirmation, except for situations agreed otherwise.

Information Required for Orders To process orders correctly and quickly, please provide complete and accurate information:

  • Individuals: Full Name, Valid Phone Number, Complete Delivery Address (street, number, block, staircase, floor, apartment, city, county, postal code).
  • Legal Entities: Company Name, CUI (Tax ID), Nr. Registrul Comerțului (Trade Register No.), Registered Office Address, Contact Phone Number, Complete Delivery Address (if different from registered office).

Invoicing and Receipts

✔️ All orders are accompanied by a tax invoice, which is sent in electronic format (PDF) to the email address provided when placing the order.

✔️ The invoice can also be downloaded from the "My Account" > "Order History" section on our website (if you have an account).

✔️ For orders paid cash on delivery, the fiscal receipt will be issued by the courier company when the amount is collected.

✔️ Please ensure that delivery information is entered correctly and completely to avoid delays or problems in processing and delivering your order.

✔️ If you have special instructions for delivery (e.g., preferred time – although not guaranteed, landmarks, intercom, etc.), please enter them in the notes/comments field available before finalizing the order.
